FEES REPORT is the feature to access various reports of Fees Payments. User can explore each and every record of Fees collection from here. There are several options available to fetch reports as per requirement. User can also change or edit any Fees voucher from here. However this is only possible through master login or if user has permitted any login to do so. Note: Editing is possible only for the last voucher of that student. It means if user has issued any new voucher for a student, then the old one will not be available for editing. User can also view the total month or Day collection of fees. There is option to view fees collection by Fees Head or Group. If user wish to see how much fees collection has been done for the fees group “Conveyance” he can simple select the Fees Group – Conveyance and can get the desired result. User can also check the Balance, Discounts & Miscellaneous amount details from here.
All the reports can be very easily downloaded from the web portal in an excel format.
