New user needs to go to www.schoolesolutions.in and click the Register button.
A form will display. Fill all the details & press “SIGN UP”. A message for successful signup will appear on the top of the screen & a trial account will get activated immediately.

After successful login, the first step is to add the classes & sections through Manage Classes option. If there are no sections then section column should be left blank.
Second step is to add students through Manage Students link. There are two ways that student’s data can be entered. The 1st one is through Add Students link. A form will display which needs to be filled.
The 2nd option is to import the data through Import Students link. Here a pre-designed format of excel csv file is available which can be downloaded. The fields in the excel file are same as in the form and all the optional entries can be left blank. Once a file is prepared & saved in CSV format it can uploaded by selecting it through Browse button & clicking Upload.
Very important: file must be saved in CSV format & any other format will not be accepted
An export option is given to export the data of students in an excel csv file.
If during import of CSV file some entries are not successfully imported then user can check the reason through Failed Imports feature. The file can be easily downloaded and checked. The best part is that original CSV file which was uploaded initially can be modified after checking the failed import file and modified file can be imported again. This time the system will take only those entries which were previously wrong and now modified correctly.
After Managing students, Teachers can be added through Manage Teachers Link. The purpose is to give teachers staff or any other person, authority to use this portal separately. Principal, Manager or any other concerned can also be added through here. If a class or classes is assigned here to a particular teacher or staff, it means he will get access to send SMS to only students of that class only. Similarly there is also an option to allow Fees management feature to staff. School owner can also allow editing feature of Fees application through here.
User can very easily send alerts or messages to the parents through Send Alerts link. On this page a drop down menu will open after clicking the Select Template Type button. Simple select “Dear Parents” from the menu.
Enter the required SMS in Text 1 box. Also enter the sender of the message (Principal, Manager, Headmistress, Director) in the Text 2 box.
After selection of the template, user will now select the class & students to whom message need to be send. This is the best part of the portal as it gives unique feature of selecting recipients as per requirement. For eg, if absent students message needs to be send then only those students can be selected who are absent. Similarly if a particular class is assigned to bring some S.U.P.W material, only that class can be selected. After selection press SEND MESSAGE.
This is the final preview Screen. The user can very easily cross check the previous selection of students / teachers and the final content of the message. The respective message can be finally send from here to the recipients through SEND NOW button or if there is any mistake & editing is required it can be made to return to the earlier screen by pressing Cancel button. There is Schedule option also which allows user to send message to a later date and time.
